Horrible service. Staff just let you wait outside like a sucker not attending to us bc for temperature taking. Poor service. Regret coming here.. Management please see to your staff. Come to this outlet again and the staff service is equally bad especially the manager Ms Nirma is so terrible in service.
The service very nice, I submitted a feedback last night and they called us to understand the situation this morning and offer us compensation. They really listened to our feedback in the McDonald's app🥰🥰
Order the set menu at number 8, which Koreans order. The skewers are delicious, so I recommend ordering just a little bit and trying the food from other stores.I bought beer at the 7-Eleven across the street.Take tissues and wet tissues with you before you go.
Always super busy but service with a smile. And due to this they can mix up with the food order. Happened to us twice and since we live close by, each time I go back and once without my receipt they made up for it, gave the right replacement food with their sincere apologies.

Super crowded and cramp even though there are indoor and outdoor seats but limited availability. Placed my order at 12.08pm and received the food at 12.46pm. They have placed the drinks out on their trolley for more den 10mins and diluted while slowly waiting for the food to comes out. Some staffs really doesn't have the customer service standards at all.
Macdonald outlet located inside the community centre. There are both in doors and out doors seating available. Just take note that the indoor seats are limited. The outdoor area is more spacious.Very crowded outlet. You can see residents and students having a meal here. The area has been kept clean. For this particular outlet, this is the first time that I noticed that there are cushions added onto the hard plastic seats. It made the seats more comfortable for customers to sit.The food is the standard Macdonald menu. So no additional comments. The service for this outlet has to improve. Clearly short handed. My order was left on the counter for a while. It seemed that there wasn’t a dedicated staff to bring the food to the customers.Another issue was, the safe distancing measures weren’t enforced:- I saw at least one person with the mask pulled to chin level.- There are people sitting at “restricted” seats.I do hope that Macdonald can do more to enforce the Covid measures, everyone must do their part.
I ordered McSpicy Chicken meal on Friday for the deal. Your staff served me Soy Chicken. The drinks complement with the meal I chose Milo, but was served with some long kang water. Taste like coffee, but not coffee, taste like milo but not milo also. What kind of service is this? U want to poison your customers with the drink?!
A small al fresco playground for kids at the preschool age range was the reason why I popped by with my 6 yr old girl. On the other end of the "restaurant" was a private area for birthday parties, and the space was possibly a third of the entire indoor space. Typical Macs otherwise that has a bright decor, well-lit and ample space.
One of the few nicest McDonald's in Singapore. The non-aircon tables are comfortable and the view of the park is relaxing. Free parking during certain days/hours too.
I ordered a medium cup of Himalayan tea without ice and this was given to me. I can understand if it was 3/4 full but to be paying $6.60 for a less than half of cup Himalayan tea. Fatin was the manager that was serving me on 18 Nov at 1230am and she said that that was how the quantity is.
We recently tried the fish fillet burger, and we must say, it exceeded our expectations. The burger consisted of a crispy fish fillet, tartar sauce and a slice of cheese, all sandwiched between a soft bun.Firstly, the fish fillet was perfectly cooked and had a delightful crunch to it. The thin breading was golden brown and not overly greasy, which was a pleasant surprise. The fish fillet itself was flaky and tender, with a mild flavor that wasn't overpowering. It felt like a lighter alternative to the usual beef or chicken burgers. The tartar sauce added a tangy and creamy element. The slice of cheese melted beautifully over the fish fillet, adding a subtle richness to each bite. The bun held everything together well and had a softness that complemented the crispy fish fillet. It was fresh and didn't overpower the flavors of the fillings.Overall, the fish burger was a pleasant surprise. It offered a tasty alternative to the usual burger options and was well-balanced in terms of flavors and textures. If you're looking for something different and slightly healthier, We would definitely recommend giving it a try.
The managers on duty at 20/09/2023 2300hrs were not helpful to assist in the redemption. They claimed that they couldn’t help because I ordered through mobile app instead of kiosk or in store. This excuse is totally unacceptable. It’s as good as saying that I am not your customer because I ordered through app.McDonald’s are encouraging customers to use mobile order. Yet, the managers on duty have no regard for these customers.I have also taken a photo whereby the trash is filled to the brim. Obviously the managers are not doing their job. It reflects very badly on the McDonald’s brand. It is disappointing that the customer service level has dropped drastically. I won’t be patronizing this outlet until the management review the situation.
The drive thru order processing is super slow, no one is attending when stop so ordering waited for 10-15mins, and payment counter waited 15 mins, and collection took another 10 mins. Overall drive thru take 40-45 mins…
