We recently celebrated my son's 6th birthday at McDonald's and I couldn't be happier with how wonderfully everything was arranged! The setup was perfect for a lively group of kiddos, complete with festive decorations and a fun atmosphere that kept all the kids engaged and happy.A special shoutout to Jolin and her team who were exceptional throughout the event. They were not only friendly and professional but also incredibly attentive, taking orders and serving our guests efficiently. Everyone felt well taken care of, which made the party flow smoothly and allowed us adults to relax and enjoy the celebration too.Thank you, McDonald's, for making my son's birthday a memorable one. I been waiting for 40min for a frappe double chocolate and I asked one of the worker and he told me haven't done yet so I waited for another 10-20min then I asked again then I noticed that they already skip over my number and forgotten even doing it

A childhood place, i like to visit. This and the Queensway Mac are the ones which have an awesome setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The zmac at AMK has a children playground with swings and sand. A great place for children to drain their energy.
1 star from me isn’t gonna affect Mac’s overall rating because majority gave high ratings.Firstly is this outlet under staffs ?1. Rubbish chute full but no staff initiate to clear.2. Many leftovers on tables.3. Those after me received their meal before me.4. Staffs not working at fast pace despite so called fast food chain.
Service is absolutely damn bad!!!??????????Order from Grab food, and was got delayed and when I received my order this is what I saw, my upsize fries was less than half of it.They delayed my order and I contacted the driver. He shared with me he was waiting at there for more than 20 mins, the macdonald was very busy and no one can assist him, finally he managed to get one of the staff to checked my order. The macdonald lady staff listened to my call and I asked her, may I know how many more orders infront of me? And she replied me, "still preparing" . I was like huh?! You are not answering my question?! Then she returned the phone back to the driver and last what I heard was the lady said, cancel order la!!! I was like yes! I want to cancel the order but cannot cause the status still under preparing! I am hungry, my order got delayed and end up that's what I have received. My advise is not to order from this outlet.
Terrible Nasi lemak burger. More than 70% is flour and not chicken meat!!! Is it because is a deal and purpose cut down chicken meat ? This is cheating to customers ?. Beside the fake chicken meat, taste also no good. $8.30 per burger is not worth and not recommended!

Well it’s a McDonald’s brand after all, but this particular outlet gives extra perks through its designated play area for kids, party corner for birthday celebrations, and also the drive-thru. What’s special is also the blend of alfresco garden-like dining area in the middle of the park, and the nicely furnished indoor area with very comfortable seatings to accommodate for groups of all sizes. It’s spacious and easy to navigate. Parking is available as well nearby - chargeable of course. Drive-thru seems efficient but have not personally experienced it. Its’s an overall great chill out spot for supper during the night time or to catch live football action over a burger or drink!
It's a standard Mcdonald. We visited there after a walk in the Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park. There are plenty of seats and suitable for family and friends to hang out. Beautiful scenery with park view and greenery.
As usually, any McDonald branch will encounter the same problem: not enough seats! However, if you want to buy a meal there and picnic close by to enjoy the view there, it is a special McDonald's experience.
Meet a very kind and patient manager. No attitude at all. Help me solve the redemption issue. Love the atmosphere here. Maybe because of the park.

I don’t know why the Macdonald’s at Bishan Park has become such an unpleasant experience. There are many flies indoor and while the restaurant was not dirty, it felt very uncomfortable. There is also poor management of facilities - the toilets were dirty and there were many children who popped by just to use them.Wouldn’t recommend coming here, please go to other outlets nearby.
In addition to food, we also focus on service! Waiting for food for too long! We are all so hungry! Won't be dining here again!

Nice branch with a great view of the park. I prefer to sit outdoors to appreciate a relaxing view of the park. You can also take away your order and eat at the benches in the park. However, expect long queues... since a lot of us like McDonald’s ?
Bishan Park offers a delightful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. I want to give a special shout-out to Edward, one of the friendly staff members, who not only made our night but also entertained us by crafting twisting balloons for me and my friends. A memorable experience!
ok so overall great atmosphere and the food is up to standard but horrible customer service:i have had the wrong order multiple times, such as when i was given a caramel latte instead of oreo mocha latte, and the wrong stuff put in my burger. they also put your order on the pick up list when it’s not ready to make it seem like they can prepare it faster, which is a lie. you usually have to wait 1-4 minutes after that. also there is a lack of workers as you have to wait a long time during lunch hours, and most of the workers are old.otherwise the food tastes the same as most outlets. the view is very good as it is surrounded by nature and very convenient to take a break after my exercise in bishan park, the aircon is very cooling. overall it’s ok i guess.also they do have a place outside to leash your dogs and park your bicycles, and the location is pretty good, near a condo and some hdbs and there are seats everywhere. they also have three entrances from the front and two sides facing the park. just make sure you are aware you may receive the wrong order.
The place is super dirty at 1030pm on a Monday - thrash all over the floor and tables not cleaned. There were clearly more than enough staffs to handle the whole restaurants, but the staffs were all the chit chatting in the kitchen. The nuggets were dyhydrated and tough. Worst macdonald's experience ever.
This is one of the island's better McDonald's, simply by virtue of it's prime location within Bishan Park. The quality of food and service is pretty standard as far as McDonald's goes.Be warned that although the outdoor seating faces the river, your view only includes the treeline and up, because the outdoor seats are surrounded by a tall hedge. Management should really consider replacing that with simple fencing for a better view.
