Super great service at this outlet! Despite the negative reviews I really like coming here. Outlet is clean and has good ambience. Was pleasantly surprised the staff went the extra mile to ask if I wanted water since I didn’t order any drinks.

Fries is soggy and feels like it’s fried twice and it’s not hot. Went to ask to change up. Staff straight alway went to take another one. It’s slightly better, hotter but still look non appetizing as the col of the fries just feels that the oil used to cook this isn’t fresh.Also their twister fries is getting from good to bad.

They fulfilled the dine in order first even though I ordered my takeaway at least 5 minutes before them. Had to wait for them to cook another batch of nuggets which ended up making me wait 20 minutes for a simple order of nuggets.

Twice l order takeout there and twice there are problems. First incident. I ordered takeout; meals with sundaes. After 20 mins my number from the preparing column just disappeared. It did not appear on the ready to collect column. It just vanished. I decided to give it another 10 mins. I noticed like my order has been packed on the counter so decided to ask the manager. I told her my number vanished after almost half an hour and need to know if my order is still on track. The manager checked and told her crew they need to get my sundae. I got my order after almost 45 mins. Am I complaining?The 2nd time was also for takeout. They missed out my burger. I have to come all the way back to collect.

It would be beneficial to assess operational efficiency during these hours to ensure customers are served promptly.Food Preparation and Serving: I noticed that part of my order, specifically a burger, was prepared and left on the tray for an extended period (over 10 minutes) while the rest of the order was being readied. This impacts the freshness and quality of the food served. It might be helpful to coordinate the timing of the food preparation better to ensure all items are served close together and while they are still fresh.Staffing: It appeared that the establishment might be understaffed during the peak period. This not only affects the speed of order processing but also the staff's ability to handle customer inquiries adequately. Consider evaluating the staffing needs during peak hours to ensure efficient and effective service.I genuinely hope this feedback will be taken as an opportunity to enhance the customer experience.

No vanilla hot fudge sundae! Tried the coconut hot fudge promotion and it doesn’t taste good at all. Why would anyone need the hot fudge on coconut ice cream? ? Well the good thing, they do give enough chocolate at this outlet. A pity they don’t have vanilla ice cream while having this coconut promotion.

I ordered items as shown in the image but received incorrect orders from McDonald's Le Quest. When I called them, they insisted I contact the Grab driver instead, claiming they couldn't rectify the mistake. Despite the Grab driver having the correct order number, McDonald's refuses to take responsibility. Now, my money is gone without resolution.

It took so long for the order to arrived, repeatedly going to the counter to check on our orders but they kept saying “wrapping up”. Not even our drinks were serve and the staff did not bother to check on our food despite standing infront of the counter. We placed our ordered at 10:18pm & now its 11:25pm, almost one hour already and our food has not been serve. The other customer after us has already got their food

Waited 45 minutes for ONE vanilla icecream. The place was not crowded and we had to keep asking the staff at the counter about our order, but they keep telling us to wait. In the end the manager came and made it for us immediately. The drinks they give sometimes are not even filled when we ordered a medium sized and even paid extra. Disappointing.

I am a regular customer at your Le Quest branch, and I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experiences with your service. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, ordering food from McDonald's almost every month. While I appreciate the convenience and quality of your food, I have encountered a recurring issue that I believe needs attention.The primary problem I have faced, especially when ordering Desserts or Side Dishes, is that my orders are sometimes incomplete or incorrect. This year alone, I have experienced this issue twice, with both instances involving missing items in my order. On these occasions, I had to go back to the branch with my receipt to claim what was missing.To provide a specific example, during my last visit, I ordered a Mud Pie Oreo but received the Classic version instead. What was frustrating about this situation is that the Classic option costs only a few cents more than the one I originally ordered. I believe that such mistakes should not be happening because the orders are printed out according to what the customer requests. Therefore, there shouldn't be any missing or incorrect items.What concerns me the most is that these mistakes seem to be occurring too frequently. While I understand the importance of double-checking orders, especially when dealing with a high volume of customers, it shouldn't be solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure order accuracy. I should not have to open every single item to inspect my order; after all, I am a consumer, not an inspector.Due to the multiple instances of missing orders, I have now developed a habit of meticulously checking the quantity and labels of the items I receive before leaving your establishment. This, however, is not an ideal solution. Particularly during weekends when there is a large crowd of customers waiting to collect their food, it can become quite inconvenient and time-consuming to go through this process.I kindly urge you to address this issue promptly. It is essential for both customer satisfaction and the reputation of McDonald's Le Quest that orders are consistently accurate. Perhaps implementing a system to double-check orders before they are handed to customers or ensuring that all items are included in the packaging could help mitigate these issues.I remain a loyal customer of McDonald's and believe that your team can resolve this matter effectively. The other customer after us has already got their food while It’s the worst service ever i had went to. At 10:50pm, our order came incompletely. 1 drink & 1 burger was not served.

haha what a joke this outlet. pack my order wrong. i order two sets of spicy mcnuggets meal but all i get is 4 fries. pls ah, double check the bag first before u pack. rly disappointed.
