Has order 2 family bundle breakfast sets for my family on Sunday 1st day CNY….. the food was reasonably but pancakes & Sausage Macffin were not warm when served.. 😂😂also noted lesser manpower at the outlet today.. but given that it's 1st day CNY.. we are thankful to the staff for being so friendly.. 🥰We finished our breakfast with a big smile and Happy moods..Thank you MacDonald staffs who had served us today at Vista Point Outlet.. You were Great! 😀🍊👍🏻
07/01/2024Ordered a self pick up at this outlet on a rainy Sunday evening at 8.30pm arrived to a relatively empty restaurant.Picked up my order and did a visual check half way while walking back home as this outlet is known to mess up the simplest order (did not provide any dipping sauce for a mcnugget order before).Alas, they forgotten about the kueh bangkit ice-cream cone. Walked back to restaurant, checked with the staff there and they passed me an ice-cream cone that couldn't even survive the trip back on a cool weather. No big deal, was planning to have it after my meal, took a bite of it, turns out the staff there mistakenly gave me a vanilla cone.I mean the level of attention this outlet has shown is unbelievable, considering the shop was almost empty at the point of collection.Ridiculous.
Not sure what so many are unhappy about but I for one, appreciate having a mcdonalds around this slightly more isolated area in the north. Seating space is ample considering its a neighborhood & majority are taking away.Has since created many jobs for the elderly and young. Even grabfood riders gain many opportunities out of this outlet. Certain issues come with neighbourhood staff - some language barriers, slower service and forgetting of items. Then again it’s the heartlands - a little kindness goes a long way, a little patience & gentle reminder instead of anger could just be what we all need.Personally, I’ve never faced much poor service from this outlet. Some waiting at times but nothing too extreme.*Big plus point for the aunties that always ask if I need curry sauce. This particular space has been passed through many vendors over the past 20 years - from chicken rice stalls to a seafood restaurant and even a zhichar opening. Rent to customer ratio was never sufficient to survive. Having a mcdonalds here finally brings about ample demand for survival & we no longer have to see earnest entrepreneurs go down in ruins due to demand shortfall in this space.
Outdoor seats are great to enjoy the morning breeze and sunshine during breakfast, with Ms LeeLee to further brighten up your morning with an awesome service! ???
Ordered breakfast at 8am on a Saturday.. Around 3 customers at that time. The breakfast foods served are cold. Hotcake can't even melt the butter. Chicken muffin is as cold. Hot Milo is in between hot and warm temp.
inside feels a bit cramp to be sitting, unless maybe if you're by yourself. but the order area is pretty spacious and nice, especially when there is a good breeze in the day (or night). service is normal, most staff have been pretty friendly.
Ordered via McD appMc Crispy chicken was dry and hard - different from the usual tasteFries were half-filled - did the staff take a bite out of my meal?McFlurry Mudpie - Barely any chocolate and pathetic amount of oreo cookie crunch. This out seems to have a KPI of saving on condiments and ZERO accountability since it is a delivery item (and they do not need to be responsible/answerable to any shortfalls). The store manager is simply incompetent to allow such SLA to be delivered to customers.
Something has to be done about the aircon. The noise level is very unacceptable, to the extent of being deafening. Also it is not very ideal for a fastfood outlet to have no washing point.
Very consistent, always something wrong with orderI came back after 2 months, they still got my order wrong.(I always order with the app so it's definitely not a communication issue)
You won't miss this place, it's at the cross road at the corner of the woodgrove mall. There are tables inside and outside butUsually full house during peak hours.
this outlet shouldn’t be called fast food restaurant, should be slowest food restaurant. so many staff but not efficient at all. pls be prepared to wait 1 hour for the WRONG ORDER if you want to order from here.
A very quiet neighbourhood McDonald’s, but can get busy on weekends. Enjoyed my Jjang Jjang burger which exceeds my expectations!Staff was very helpful even though I still couldn’t scan my McDonald’s code in the end.Premise is clean and well-maintained, and service is fast. Sauce station is well-stocked and clean!
Long waiting time for more than 30 mins even before peak hour.. This is what I get for the weekend deal buy, any 2 for $3.. 1 piece nugget short.. ?? also the twister fries is less than half filled for a L portion ordered but manage to get it "top up"
