Disappointed on their management！How could the Hello Kitty Plushy can make it first come first serve？The management should know that there will be alot of customer want to get it！Why have to make it become limited item？So big the company earn alot of profit but no budget to make more plushy？I still can order from the system but when my number call by the staff the staff was telling me the plushy no more will do a refund for plushy. What？kidding me？If can't make more, don't do the event！This kind of souvenir item should make more！The decision maker why so lousy？You don't know this item sure many people will buy meh？Poor management，got money also don't wan't to earn！Wasted of my time there for que up 15min at the end tell me no more！
I live near buy and although I'm not a big fan of Macs, my kids are. Placed an order at around 6.45 pm and only 7.30 did I get my order. More than that my queue number went from preparing order to mysteriously vanishing from the screen! When I did check with the female manager, and asked what the wait, instead of explaining to me why my order vanished, she was telling me her problems with the orders they are facing. 🤦♂️ Her problems are not mine, so I continued to wait, I was standing in front of the counter with about many others, and apparently one of the staff plaved my order on the table but didn't call my order out. I already walked uo twice to check on my 45min wait so I was guessing they would be smart enough to call out the number.. but no, it was left on the counter for another 5 mins till I had to ask if it was indeed my order.. Last time ever ordering from Sleletar mall Macs.. they just take the orders with no chronological order in fulfilling them. Wasted 45 mins of my time that I could never get back!
Environment is good on non-peak hours with a small Mccafe for cakes and desert.
I don't like the recent change of deinks, my favorite frappe now is like a smoothie, which only comes with blended ice.The crew also disregards orders, I order non spicy chicken but they give out a spicy one.I'm not sure if this change affects all McDonald's or only here but, not nice. I tried the pineapple coconut Frappe, it's nice but it's really a smoothie or blended ice only, not frappe. Please don't call them frap.

Went to the Seletar Mall McDonald’s about an hour before the end of my free 20 piece birthday nuggets promo. Tried using the machine to claim them but it couldn’t work. Approached the staff who directed me to one of the managers there. Roma helped me out and gave me my birthday nuggets. Thank you so much Roma! And thank you Mcd!! I really enjoyed my birthday nuggets!
This McDonald’s is a true gem! The staff is consistently friendly, and the burgers and fries here never fail to satisfy. While it can get a bit rushed during peak hours, I had an exceptional experience today, especially thanks to the lady manager in yellow (17 September, 7 PM).Her dedication and warm demeanor, even during the busiest hours, were truly commendable. She made sure to acknowledge and smile at each customer, and that personal touch made it feel like McDonald’s was just like another home in the F&B sense. Despite a bit of a wait, it’s experiences like this that keep me coming back for more. ???

It's actually quite good, like the service and cleanliness and all, just not as worth as some other outlet coz my large fries is always this amount (yah every time I buy my large fries will be the medium fries amount, maybe I have bad luck but I'm quite sad about it)So I advise to buy medium fries instead, all will be goodAdd on: food quality is getting worst esp when order mcdelivery from this outlet at night. Recommend to buy from other outlets if possible.
