McDonald’s Bedok Reviews
One of the staff serving my friend a drink spilled the drink on the floor. She apologised and made my friend a new drink. However, this senile old aunty who works there approximately 150cm went up to us and started scolding us. She caused a scene by shouting at us and claiming that we were fooling around and thats why the drink spilled on the floor. We tried to explain the situation but she told us to get out of "her store" while we were still eating. We refused to do so and she just waited there and yelled at us some more. We then decided that it was best to just take our leave instead of arguing with this senile old woman whos mental capacity is not fit for working a minimum wage job. Will not return to this establishment. However I would like to commend the staff who made my friend the drink after spilling it.
I just got a Brownie McFlurry today at around 06:30PM - 07:10PM. I don’t know if it is intended, but the ice cream I ordered looks pathetic.There was no Oreo bits in there (I’m assuming there is supposed to be) and the McFlurry isn’t “flurried”, so it’s just vanilla ice cream with some frozen fudge on it and very little brownie chunks.I ordered there multiple times before, and to be frank, I’m fine with their service as it would come out relatively fast and the order would be correct. It was a frail-looking auntie at the takeaway counter today unlike previous times I went there, so maybe she just isn’t paying attention today and it’s a one-off thing
Bedok Mall store mgr, Ms Susila, is most helpful n deserves to be compliemented. She always wears a smile n it makes the whole place feels warm n homely.Good job, Ms Susila!
First , the food serving time is slow. Second my cheese burger comes without the beef patty !!!!
A pretty crowded outlet during most of the time. The outlet has a few extremely friendly staff. However, there will still be 1 or 2 staffs that are not. As an overall, I would still give them a 5-star for their diligent effort. ?
Just chillin here while it's raining outside. Don't have a picture of the facility so I'm just going on words. Just on ground floor of Bedok mall and outside is the Bedok bustop exit A. You can easily notice the facility. Always expect a lot of crowd here but as I stay here while reading my book. The ambiance is quite okay also and spacious compared to other Mcdo here in Singapore. Good Job Mcdonalds Bedok.
When I want to feel nostalgic, I'll drop by for a chocolate milkshake and a quarter pounder
One of the worst MacDonald’s to visit. Ordered a samurai burger meal with large fries and seaweed shaker to go and got short changed. See the picture of the large fries. I have not started eating. And the food here is colder and has lesser sauce in the burger. And also did not give customer sauces if didn’t ask. Lousy service and poor quality food on something that is supposed to be consistent.
The burger patty very pathetic. Double cheese burger looks like a single patty but sliced into two pieces. Price increase everytime but patty/portion size decrease.The worst cut cost measures by macdonalds overall not only at this outlet.
The minimum wait at this ‘fast food’ is 20 minutes. I only ordered 1 happy meal and still waiting. Previously was here for lunch also waited 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous.
Order thru apps and this is my countless order always missing item. Called them and was told will redeliver my missing item. But waited more than hours. Called them again after few unanswered called they finally answer and was rude over the phone after asking what’s the missing item with this workmate straight hang up my call. Is this how McDonald works? 0 customer service always missing item? Hotline isn’t helpful as well. The fact it only happen to this store order from else store no mistake. But just this store every single time missing item. The previous round was inform to emailed me with regards to missing item waited mths 0 email. Wow McDonald.
Clean tables are nonexistent here. Now regulated to self service kiosk, if you scan a deal that requires other purchases, the kiosk doesn't proceed and nothing happens. The programmer of Macdonald's kiosk is pretty retarded, and the staff doesn't know about it as well. Macdonald is working hard to go from bad to worse...
The take-out food was thrown directly on the counter. I was told to ask for ketchup, but it was not given.
Deeply disappointed at the current state of my neighbourhood McDonald’s which I’ve been patronising for the past 30 years.After the latest renovation in 2023, i lost McCafé, we gained a new door, a few more seats, but the worst of all, the service is at its all time low.There is a severe shortage of staff. I waited 1 hour for my takeaway during lunch time. The newly renovated layout makes the whole “fast food efficiency” inefficient. The whole “minimalist, clean” front desk eliminated all the drink and ice cream kiosks at the front. And now all the staff are no where to be seen and in the kitchen now, leaving just 1 sad staff fronting all the backlog orders.I urge Han Bao Bao Pte Ltd to seriously relook into their latest business strategy.Really sad…
Service was slower than usual and though our order was already at the counter, there was no one to pass it to us, so we had to take it ourselves. To be fair, it was past midnight and it looked like there was a staff shortage.And, the bathroom was so poorly maintained I had to hold my breath.
Just renovated. Ain't too bad now. But avoid fast food la. Bad for health in the long term. But don't they say all things in moderation though?

Staffs including supervisor? In grey or black uniforms, are not presenting professionally while attending customers. It’s so rude and not attentive.
Consistently out of ice cream at night. Downright disappointing for a 24 hours fast food restaurant. If it's an issue with the order placement system, it needs to be fixed. Else, the maintenance or cleaning hours need to be reviewed. Until then, my rating remains low.
Located at Blk 632 Bedok Reservoir, McDonald's offers fast food (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and French fries). It is Quick and simple to order. In terms of food preparation, this outlet takes slightly longer than 30 minutes to prepare the food. Service could be further improved by having friendly and approachable staff.
